IdealMatchAI is an AI-powered creative tool operated by AISureTech. It generates fictional persona profiles — including traits, biographies, and images — for entertainment and creative purposes.

All generated content is entirely fictional, does not represent real people, and must not be treated as relationship advice, psychological counseling, legal guidance, or any form of professional recommendation.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate profile information
• Keeping your credentials confidential and secure
• All activity that occurs under your account

Notify us at info@AISureTech.com immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to harass, stalk, defame, or harm any person
• Use generated personas to deceive others or impersonate a real individual
• Circumvent access controls, rate limits, or age-gate restrictions
• Use automated tools to scrape or mass-generate content without authorization
• Reverse-engineer or extract AI model outputs for commercial replication
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation

6. Intellectual Property

AISureTech and its licensors retain all rights to the platform, its design, codebase, and underlying AI models. Generated match content saved to your account is provided under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercialize generated content without our prior written permission.

All personas, biographies, trait descriptions, and images generated by IdealMatchAI are produced by artificial intelligence and are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to real persons, living or deceased, is coincidental. AISureTech makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content for any purpose beyond personal entertainment.
